Free shipping thresholds

On the current official pricing, the 3-jar and 6-jar packages include free US shipping. The 2-jar starter package carries standard shipping charged at checkout.

That is worth factoring into any comparison: a package with free shipping at a slightly higher sticker price can work out cheaper delivered. Our cost-per-day breakdown uses delivered totals.

Discreet packaging

Orders ship in plain outer packaging with no product description visible on the outside. For a men's wellness product this is a reasonable expectation rather than a premium feature, and it is worth confirming with any brand you buy from in this category.

Tracking and timing

1. Your order confirmation email arrives immediately and contains your order number — keep it.
2. A separate dispatch email with tracking follows once the warehouse ships.
3. Domestic US delivery typically completes within a few business days of dispatch; international timing varies with customs.
4. Track from the link in the dispatch email rather than searching the number on a third-party site.

If your order is delayed

Contact the order desk with your order number rather than reordering. Duplicate orders create refund complications that take longer to unwind than the original delay would have.

Note that the guarantee window generally runs from the purchase date, so a shipping delay effectively shortens it — another reason to raise a delay promptly rather than waiting.

If it arrives damaged

1. Photograph the outer packaging and the product before opening anything further.
2. Contact support the same day with the photographs and your order number.
3. Do not consume product from a jar whose seal is broken or compromised.

Storage on arrival

Gummy supplements absorb humidity. Keep the jar sealed, store it somewhere cool and dry, and avoid the bathroom cabinet — the daily steam cycle is exactly what causes clumping.
